Can I use a laptop instead of a desktop?

Yes — laptops are allowed as long as they meet the minimum system requirements and support a hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi-only setups).

Can I use my phone or tablet for work?

No. Mobile devices are only allowed for authentication purposes (like multi-factor login). They cannot be used to attend training or service customers

Can I use Wi-Fi to service customers or attend training?

No. A hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) is required at all times to ensure stability, security, and performance.

Do I need a specific type of headset?

Yes. You must use a wired USB headset with clear, phone-quality audio. Bluetooth or wireless headsets are not recommended and may not be supported

Can I use a Mac (Apple computer)?

No. The platform and most client programs require a Windows-based system. Mac devices are not supported.

Do I really need a telephone as well?

Some client programs require a hardwired telephone setup.

Do you rent or lend equipment?

No. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own equipment.
